Using resources like Gallup CliftonStrengths, she has moved the needle on from surviving to thriving for hundreds of organizations in  Kansas. Kristen O'Shea proudly pioneered and championed the vision of Kansas State University becoming a Strengths-based campus featured in the introduction of Gallup’s Clifton Strengths for Students book and in her Keynote at the Gallup CliftonStrengths Summit 2018.

Trey recently joined O'Shea Strengths Coaching after retiring as the chief executive of a federal agency in Kansas after 30 years of service. He has extensive c-suite experience leading operations, projects, and staff. He has over 20 years of leadership experience with both the federal government and community boards. Trey pioneered and developed a Strengths-based organization in Kansas and across the nation as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. He was an adjunct college instructor and on the faculty for a federal leadership program developing training programs and creating leadership courses.
